Tom Flanigan

Tom is originally from the Detroit, Michigan area and retired in 2021 after a 29-year career in law enforcement. Having vacationed in Southwest Florida since the early 1990s, Tom and his family fulfilled their dream of relocating to the area in 2022. Soon after, he obtained his Sales Associate License and began his full-time real estate career with VIP Realty Inc.

Tom is passionate about helping others achieve the dream of homeownership in Southwest Florida. Whether he’s negotiating offers, walking clients through listings, or guiding first-time buyers, he brings professionalism, energy, and results to every step of the process.
