Steve is originally from the Detroit, Michigan area.

He is a United States Army Veteran and recently retired from a career in law enforcement.

Steve and his family had enjoyed vacationing in SWFL since the early 90's. He and his wife, Teresa, fulfilled their dream of moving to this beautiful area in 2015.

Steve obtained his Sales Associate License and began his full time career in real estate with VIP Realty.

Steve would like to help you achieve the dream of homeownership in Southwest Florida.

Steve was invaluable at every stage of the listing and sale of my house. He gave me great advice on what to do and what to skip doing in preparing the house for sale. He gave me feedback on all showings and open houses and advised me on the negotiations so as to complete the sale in a timely fashion. Steve is a kind and genuinely caring person.
