Peter Sulzbach

My name is Peter, and I’d love to help you find a place to call your own in Southwest Florida.  Or, if your path is taking you away from “The land of Sun and Fun”, let me help you find a new owner for your property.   I’ve been helping people find and sell property and homes in Lee County for nearly 15 years.  My real estate experience spans nearly 5 decades in New York State and Florida.

     I give my clients personal service and help them navigate the real estate process with the technical knowledge I’ve gained through experience, continuing education, and past roles with governing organizations, such as volunteer roles with Chairman of a Zoning Board of Appeals and Home Owners Associations and elected roles with local Multiple Listings Service and President of the Orange County Association of Realtors.

     I am an alumnus of the State University of New York at Oswego and The Pennsylvania State University, and was a Peace Corps volunteer in Malaysia for two years.  In my spare time, I can be found tending to my wife’s Honey Do List, growing vegetables and citrus fruits in my garden thanks to our terrific climate, enjoying fishing, walking beaches and the many great parks in Lee County (I will be happy to provide you with a brochure describing the many parks including 4 that welcome pets).  There’s no doubt that southwest Florida is truly “The Land of Sun and Fun”.
