Ivana Kucera

Ivana's life journey started in the Czech Republic, Europe, where she pursued careers in economics, accounting, education, and project management. She earned a Business Administration degree from the School of Economics in Ostrava and a degree in Education from the Teaching Institute in P?erov.

After moving to New York, she obtained her nursing license while raising her family. With an open mind, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others, Ivana became actively involved in Cornell University 4-H youth development activities and later served as a 4-H group leader.

Frequent visits with her husband and daughter to the Sanibel and Fort Myers area showed Ivana the advantages of living in this beautiful coastal community. It was an easy transition for her and her family to establish permanent residence in Southwest Florida.

Since entering the real estate profession in 2015, Ivana has built a successful career serving buyers, sellers, investors, and international clients throughout Southwest Florida. She is a Broker Associate with VIP Realty Group and holds several professional designations, including GRI, CIPS, CFRM, GREEN, RSPS, and AHWD.

Ivana's passion for international real estate led her to become an active member of the Royal Palm Coast REALTOR® Association Global Business Council in 2016. Today, she serves as the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Global Ambassador to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Hungary.

Fluent in English, Czech, and Slovak, Ivana represents NAR internationally by promoting REALTOR® professionalism, ethics, education, and global cooperation. She has represented NAR at conferences and industry events throughout Europe, helped facilitate partnerships between REALTOR® organizations in the United States and Central Europe, and organized international webinars and virtual trade missions focused on real estate markets, investment opportunities, and global industry trends.

One of Ivana's special interests is exploring the connection between real estate, tourism, wellness, and community development. In 2025, she developed an international educational program examining real estate trends in Czech spa communities and the influence of quality-of-life factors on housing and investment decisions.

Assessment is everything. Ivana understands the importance of listening carefully to her clients, understanding their goals, and providing trusted guidance throughout the real estate process. Her international perspective, multilingual skills, and commitment to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics allow her to effectively serve clients from around the world while helping them navigate one of life's most important decisions.
