I have sold and bought multiple homes with Trevor. When you get caught up in the aesthetics Trevor actually looks out for you. Letting you know things like old roof or mechanicals , flood zone. We were not that fortunate when we bought a home in SC and it cost us 14k. These things matter. And he’s an advocate for you when you are selling with aggressive marketing and open houses. And on a personal level, he is super sharp, funny and has integrity.There is not one reason why Trevor should not be your realtor …

Trevor is top notch! He does so more than your average realtor. He goes above and beyond and really digs into every home toured, he has great local connections for top notch movers, contractors etc Trevor is always quick to respond and my family has complete trust in his knowledge, expertise and negotiation skills. He has been an absolute joy to work with and I will always be grateful for all of his help along the way.
