Born and raised in Rochester, New York (Finger Lakes Area) I have worn many hats in my years. Graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Business, Accounting Major. Spent 13 years at Eastman Kodak Company as a camera assembler, to line supervisor, promoted to Human Resources Counselor before leaving to pursue a position in the family business. During my 24 years at Hi-Qual Building Materials, my time was spent building relationships with Home Builders and Remodeling Contractors. The knowledge I gained in the trades led me to buying my own investment properties and building new homes. I was Past President of the Better Contractor Bureau, Past Chairman of the Rochester Home Builders Associates Committee. Before retiring, I spent the last 5 years as President of that company. My Real Estate experience started in 1994, part time. When I retired in 2012, I started reintroducing myself to the experiences of buying and selling homes for others full time. My goal was to relocate to Florida with some of my friends that have already made the move to Ft. Myers and Cape Coral area. I decided in 2014 to pursue my Real License in Florida. In addition, I received my GRI designation in 2015. I have always felt that education in the field you are pursuing is something that can never be taken away and it makes you a better knowledgeable Realtor®.
