This will allow you to access your favorites from any computer, just by logging in. You can then easily communicate with your family or agent by emailing or printing out a list of your favorites.

Sign up for Email Alerts to stay on top of the most recent listings. Save your Search, then choose to receive email alerts with new or updated listings that match your search criteria. You can receive daily or weekly emails with just the properties you want to see.

For Sellers:

Keep track of your listing and other comparable listings on the market. Sign up for My VIP and Save a Search that includes your area and price range, it will email you when new listings hit the market. That way, you can keep tabs on the comparable listings, and you and your agent can then decide to adjust the pricing and marketing accordingly.
