Ron specializes in waterfront and golf course properties. As an avid sailor and golfer, Ron knows how to handle the transition from mainland living to Island life.

Ron has been part of the Islands since 1979 when he discovered paradise on a winter vacation from Philadelphia, PA. In 1983 he purchased a home on Captiva.

Prior to real estate, Ron owned a Communications and Marketing company in downtown Philadelphia. His work took him from Corporate 500 companies to national TV networks.

His background in communications and marketing has helped him tremendously with island real estate sales and especially communication with his clients.

During his first year as a Realtor, Ron was nominated Rookie of the Year by the Sanibel & Captiva Association of Realtors.

Since then he has earned several designations including an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) as well as AHWD (a Certified Diversity Specialist).

He also has earned e-PRO (Internet real estate specialist), GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) and SCIS (Sanibel & Captiva Islands Specialist) designations.

He continued his education by becoming a 1031 Exchange Specialist. Ron also belongs to the Fort Myers and the Beach Board of Realtors.
