Kevin Cotter has been a licensed Florida realtor for over 15 years. For 12 of those years, he has assisted people in buying and selling property primarily on Sanibel & Captiva as well as Fort Myers.

After vacationing on Sanibel for many years, he purchased his own piece of paradise on the island in 1986.

In 1997, after leaving Michigan where he grew up, attended the University of Detroit and where he pursued a career as a Sales Executive, he relocated to Florida.

He has been a consistant multi-million dollar producer during his time with Link-Belt and in his 20 year position for Caterpillar Tractor.

When he moved to Florida, he decided he would enjoy helping others realize their dream of owning a place in paradise. His on-going goal for clients has been to research and find the right property for them and make the transaction as smooth as possible.
