Biography
John Nicholson has been a real estate agent on Sanibel and Captiva Island since 1983. In November 2006, John merged with The Marketeers to form the most formidable real estate team on the islands.
John's dad, Claude a retired attorney, has also joined the team as an Open House Specialist.
John is an avid golfer and was the Assistant Golf Professional at South Seas Plantation Resort. John and his wife, Teresa, have been married for 22 years.
John and Teresa love to travel, read and spend time relaxing on the beach during their time away from the office.
